1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging the services of Nestor Industrial Services ("Nestor Industrial Services," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

Nestor Industrial Services provides burn-off oven repair, preventive maintenance, parts supply, and related services to commercial and industrial clients. Specific terms for any service engagement — including scope, pricing, and scheduling — are agreed upon separately in writing or via confirmed quote before work begins.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of diagnosis. If additional issues are discovered during repair, we will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with additional work. You will not be charged for work you have not approved.

4. Warranty

All labor performed by Nestor Industrial Services technicians is covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty from the date of service. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which typically ranges from 90 days to one year. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or events outside our control.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless a credit account or payment plan has been agreed upon in advance. Overdue balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We reserve the right to suspend service to accounts with balances more than 60 days past due.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nestor Industrial Services's liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including production losses, lost profits, or damage to third-party equipment.

7. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service requests. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage or impair its operation. We reserve the right to refuse service requests or deny website access at our discretion.
